Christmas 2012

Well now that January is half way over...I finally have a moment to recap our Christmas back home in MN!

First things first...getting Parker excited for the holiday season wasn't hard at all this year.  The concept of Santa has sunk in which is so fun to see!
This is Parker and her cousin Claire back home in Alexandria, MN...waiting for their turn to meet the Big Guy!
Aaron's twin brother and his family are finally back in the states after living three years in Spain!  So this was everyone's first time meeting Parker...and our first time in years of being all together.  We hit the town one night...this is Alicia trying to lock Aaron in the bathroom at a bar!
...continuing the fun with a wild game of ping pong!
Of course we had to go ice fishing...from my understanding, this day's catch was pretty epic!
Another day the Davison side of my mom's family all gathered at my cousin Chad's house...it was so fun being back at "the Farm"!  Especially with all the 2nd cousins running around.
Swimming is favorite past time at the farm!
Another day of ice fishing...this morning Parker actually woke up quite early so we made the cut and went with the boys to see what this was all about.  Here is Parker and uncle Andy!
Parker was quite interested in the fish...she wanted to touch them and kiss them!
Auntie JJ and Parker on Christmas Eve...

Opening presents from Santa on Christmas morning!
Playing with play-doh with Auntie...

One of the things we really wanted to do while home was have Aaron's mom, who is a dental hygienist, clean Parker's teeth.  Parker was a champ and just went with it!!
Then it was time to watch Daddy get his teeth cleaned.

Playing a little poker in the shop!

Parker got all the Princess Barbies from Nana Sue...they now go with us where ever we go.  Seriously...

Saying goodbye to Cousin Claire...two peas in a pod for sure!!

And saying goodbye to Nana Sue...
Parker was wiped out for our 6am flight out of Fargo...but it was worth it!
It was a GREAT trip back home, that's for sure!
