Swim Lessons!

Parker finished her very first session of swimming lessons!  The first day, she was a little hesitant of being in the pool...but by the end of the three week session she was loving it!!  We also had a couple other friends in the class which made it that much more fun!

Lane County Fair

Awww yes, the good ol County Fair.  Every town has one and we of course, had to go to ours!  Parker totally dug it...especially the clown show and animals!

 Nope...not this year!

Waldo Lake

This past weekend we went camping with our good friends Ali and Niall at Waldo Lake...which is where Aaron proposed to me!  It was so fun being back there and the weather was amazing!!

 Ok...Niall has an iPad so we had to test out the Constellation app!  Sure enough...it totally works!  Just hold it up to the sky and it tells you what you are looking at!

 

BBQ, Beach and The Bus

The other weekend we went to a neighboring town called Cottage Grove and went to the lake!  This was Parker's first time swimming in a lake.  At first she didn't really know what to think, but once we busted out the floatie, she was all in!

 Like I said, she loved the floatie...and loved watching our friend Mike dive into the water!

Our friend Bill, gave Parker this bus...she LOVES it!!  And Aaron thought it would be a nice spot to take a little nap.  Parker decided to join him!

Summa Time!

Tis the season...it's blueberry time!!!!  This year Parker was old enough to partake, she is obsessed with blueberries...just like me!  We probably should've paid for more than we did because every blueberry I put in my bucket, Parker would take it out and eat it.  She had a blast, as did we!

Though the day did start off with Parker sleeping...

 Soon enough she was awake and ready to pick!

Grandma Sue and Dave's Visit...

My Mom and Bro came out and visited for a week a few weeks ago...besides going to the Country Fair we did a lot of grilling, bean bag toss competitions and was the 4th of July!  The weather was perfect, it was a great week.

 On the 4th we had a little bean bag comp going...Parker wanted to get in on the action, she loved this game!

 This is Parker's new favorite toy thanks to Grandma Sue, her stroller.  She pushes it around the entire house!

 Berry time is going off in Oregon right now...and Parker is loving it!  We have strawberries growing in the back yard, Parker knows where they are and she has become slightly addicted.

 Notice the bowl is empty.  Because once one would hit the bowl, Parker eats it immediately.

Umm ya...she also loves drinking water.

Oregon Country Fair

In a town 20 minutes outside of Eugene there is a festival held every year called the Oregon Country Fair.  It is a blast!!  Tons of different stages with music, spoken word, puppet acts for kiddos, food vendors, merchandise for sale, etc.  It's a three day weekend o' fun!  I did not go last year since Parker was 1 month old, so my sister went in my place.  This year, my mom was in town along with my brother...so I left Parker with Grandma for a couple days of bonding time, took Dave and we camped out at the fair.  It was a great weekend to say the least!

 Need I say anything?  This picture cracks me up!!  Parker and my mom came out for the day on Friday then went back home.  Good times!
